How does it work?
Purchasing "Off the Plan" means that you want to enter into a legal contract prior to the building is constructed and the title to the lot has been created. This comes with both benefits and risks. When purchasing off the plan, it is best to ensure you talk through and understand the risks such as the inability to see the final product, potential delays in construction, changes in market pricing and certain contract clauses for cancellation.
